I used organic turmeric as part of a twice daily concoction of purified water (Berkey filtered) and Braggs apple cider vinegar for about 2 months. I did notice a slight reduction in overall inflammation.
I found massage and constant gentle movement to be the best physical remedy for circulation issues.
