Hubby likes cardamon tea. I buy the whole spices for him and he uses his pestle and mortar.
People use cardamon in dessert foods and baked goods. 'Can be in oatmeal, on a sweet potato . . .

I do not let the pedicurists put lotion on me. Sometimes I am even slightly rude about it (I do that to make a point and so that they remember) (I guess everyone is different.)
