tonight was a hard night.
I WANTED TO DRINK SO BADLY!!!!!!
We went to this dinner that at first I was not going to go..then was encouraged to go from a friend who was going to be there. so I went.
there was another couple there and I was talking to her, she was very nice and I was so self concious and in my head was wolfie telling me that I needed to go out and buy some alcohol to deal with this. I was not even able to have a conversation with her.
sigh
Social anxiety sucks.
I resisted.
this is day 11, I said it was going to be a dry june, gosh darnit!
I just started my cycle today...sigh
That is why I got up early because my back ached....AH HA!!!
I heard from my friend.
She said that she was better today! and that she found an OCD website that she could relate to! so this is positive!
not sure what she is doing this summer, yet don't think she knows.
The farm in wisconsin is still an option for her...which I think is a great idea, farm therapy.
Will just have to wait and see how this turns out.
Feeling so stressed at the dinner that I was holding my head and my friend asked me if I had a headache and I said yes.....
I used that as an excuse to leave early.
sigh
If I had been drinking I would have been able to tolerate the dinner.
I have a low tolerance threshold.
