I have been using the headache reason for a long time.
It is vague enough but potentially serious enough.
One time one person asked me if it was a migraine. I had the good sense to say no. He started giving me migraine advice. Weird.

Your friend's ocd possible DX could explain a lot.
I think pdocs can get distracted if there is other drama involved and
miss something that 1. is huge and 2. potentially treatable.

Does she like the farm in Wisconsin? Does it have pdocs within driving distance?
