Such a great idea! It could be cheaper too.

Did you see they do not have government (such as a "FDA") involved? Mostly scientists, professors in Kyoto University's commission. However, the Japanese government did entire funding to the program, billions of dollars. I am not against FDA but, where there is government there is bureaucratic...easily. Now we see we are behind. Should we ever be behind?
