Hi Brit,
Welcome to the NeuroTalk Support Groups.
Some of the symptoms you've described are reasonably common after a concussion and in people with Post Concussion Syndrome. In your situation it's possibly complicated by other factors however.
You should check out the
Traumatic Brain Injury & Post Concussion Syndrome Forum
At the top of that forum are the "Sticky" threads. They contain information and websites and other useful links.
There is a protocol in the ER setting when a patient presents with head injury. Some will be sent for scans and some will not.
The thing about pregnancy is that you either are or you're not... there's no inbetween. This is something you urgently need to address before anything else... like today! If you think you are pregnant please go to the doctor for testing. If you are concerned about talking with your parents about this, please visit a women's health clinic if you have them in your area. Please don't keep increasing your Adderall on your own in an attempt to get relief from your symptoms. That is dangerous. Personally, I'd be staying very very far away from any psychoactive drugs and alcohol so that your brain can recover but in the meantime there is only one priority and that's the pregnancy test.
take care of yourself.
