Then I found a dentist who would clean my teeth for $65 and not push xrays, as I don't want them....I've had so much dental work over my life and now work hard to keep my mouth in good condition. I know the almost 20 yrs of grape seed extract has kept my gums in much much better condition.
I make up my own toothpaste which coconut oil based, add MSM, clove drops, and sometimes myrrh drops and working with other TP's that are much better than commercial TP's...don't use fluoride.. I hope I can keep in good shape with what I'm doing. Do my best to avoid refined carbs and sugars.
Just googled Careington 500 and they are across the US.
