Hi, I would make sure potassium and magnesium levels are in good levels...I had a friend who would pass out and when she got to the ER, her potassium levels were in the tank...they had to do IV's of potassium. She avoided salts with a passion, and we need salts but need to hydrate .... I have a water bottle everywhere in my house. Your BP is on the low side, I have another friend with really low BP and she feels faint a lot of the time. Take care and good wishes. C

I keep on top of all my lab reports and when I see I'm on the low end of the ranges, I take all that into consideration.
