I have had both of these conditions since adolescence, mostly POTS but a little vasovagal syncope as well when I was younger. Several people in my family have it, one of my nieces who is now a nurse, fainted every time she got an injection when she was a child.

I had the worst problems trying to move around too soon after I got up in the morning, I still have that to a lesser degree. Its always been pretty normal for me to get dizzy bending over to one degree or another.
Has your blood pressure always been so low? If I remember correctly they consider a diastolic blood pressure below 50 to be low, you are above that and a doctor probably would not consider 54 clinically significant but it might be a little too low for you. I agree with the earlier posters that the first step is to be sure you are hydrated and not low on salt or minerals. Are you hungry when it happens, that can also be a trigger. If the weather is very warm where you live you could be dehydrated, etc and not be aware of it.
Do you have vertigo when it happens, does the room actually seem to spin or are you just light headed and feel dizzy? Vertigo can be a sign of an inner ear disorder such as Menier's Disease, I have a little e of that too.
There are a few serious disorders that could be causing it but many more that are benign. Try hydrating, wearing a hat outdoors, etc and try to notice what else is going on besides bending when it occurs.
Good luck and don't worry.
