I skipped the half and half this mornings coffee.
Had strawberries and blueberries and lactose free blueberry yogurt, did not eat the sugary blueberries on the bottom of the cup.
had chicken squash beets and collards for lunch today.
then for dinner had chicken with a little bit of cream cheese and bacon. baked, hardly ever eat bacon! more strawberries and blueberries. We had steamed califlower,,,i know, on the bad list but it was raw and needed to be eaten. Jeff was cooking and he steamed it to very tender consistency I did not eat that much of it. ....

My stomach feels better over all.
I might have strained too hard while trying to have a bm...that could be part of the problem. It is not as tender so maybe this will just go away.
I sure hope so. still taking the fennel 3 capsules twice a day. and taking gas ex at night.
I am not as bloated tonight and my thigh feels better.
I was going to go to the gym but took a nap instead. Sort of afraid to go as I will try to jog again now that it has been 3 + weeks.
Did a modified pigeon stretch tonight. no pain!!!!!

I really need to do some paperwork, need to make a deposit. Maybe I can get up early tomorrow and make one.
