Raynauds can be a symptom also and if I remember right, you are going through some testing for other autoimmune diseases. This is something you need to bring up to your rheumatologist or other physician as I think that will be valuable information to share with them.
My SIL has Raynauds, without any autoimmune disease. She's always had it and even in 100 degree weather her hands can sometimes do that. She carries hand warmers with her all the time.
