Hi, I'm sure I'm much older, but deal with bodywide OA pain and a mess from hip replacement....I work with DRibose and extra potassium supps and potassium in foods in general. I don't buy that we get enough for our foods, I don't believe I do anyway....and potassium is a big one with energy issues. I have some posts in the vit/supp area on potassium.

If our potassium labs come in lower, but still in range, the docs don't even go there...we need to look at everything. I'm not saying overdosing either. But be aware.
