I'll give going to a PT some thought, got to go to my primary doc to get a script for PT...otherwise PT work here without insurance can cost $100+ per session.

I did get my first taping from a PT years back....there are many videos to self teach. A friend says her friend buys her tape at walmart here and does her own taping. I think her friend went to a PT first and then went off on her own to tape. It's helping her friend a lot she tells me.
