Of top of my head I'll mention B12 methylcobalamin - if you haven't seen it posted around the forums here..
I can personally say it is a positive energy boost for me.. and will last most of the day..

I generally take plenty of vitamins and supps but I am woefully negligent in taking then routinely(I have memory issues and just dont always remember). I had even been going to an MD who specializes in holistic/homeopathic and had even been getting Vit C and glutathione IVs and B injections each week and they did help but very expensive. I told him I couldnt afford it anymore and he gave me a list of vits to take. I had been self injecting b12 for almost 6 months over a year ago.
also did a bunch of blood tests.

Doc also did blood tests and I was low for potassium and mag and Have been taking that. I was a bit low but thyroid was fine.
I am starting to think issue may absorption.
I end up drinking coffee every afternoon just to give me a kick to get through dinnertime.
Eva...I think of you all the time. Hope things are getting better.
