I had some ulnar nerve issues in my left arm. A few adjustments to how I sat scaled back the discomfort. When I came off Lyrica, I was left with a noticable jerk/tremor that comes and goes. It also seems to pick up some steam when I am stressed or under rested, though of late my sleep issue has abated.

In its place, my fatigue is endless or it seems. I also have some whole leg stuff movements (clapping legs at the feet?) though that is almost always after a full day.
