Did the your neuro find signs of weakness during his physical exam? Or was it perceived weakness? When my SFN/sensory symptoms hit (and they hit hard), I felt like I had weakness in different parts of my body...but it was my perception of what what happening. I significantly twitched for months on end.

I havent done a NCS/EMG and lumbar puncture yet
Your family doc seems great and well informed. If I were in your shoes, I'd hold off on a lumbar puncture and maybe schedule the NCS/EMG a few months out. If you start to feel better you can cancel it. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this. It does seem like people who have reactions to vaccines tend to get improvements over time.....or at least the the personal stories that I've read about do.
