There are also some older posts regarding cervicogenic headaches in the
Spinal Disorders & Back Pain Forum

If cervicogenic headaches are caused by some type of cervical spine dysfunction, I'm very surprised the doctors haven't organized some physical therapy for you to work on the muscles and posture problems that you may have.

Hopefully others here will be able to suggest appropriate steps for you to take to eleviate your pain.
