From an SSA 'Pro' --- When you are approved for disability, each case is given a 'diary', that is to say, a set time until the case is 'revisited'. The diaries are 1, 3, or 7 years. My daughter got a 7 yr diary, which, I guess, indicates how bad off they think she is. . You get forms to fill out, as you did when you first applied. no need to worry! good luck!
