I do not have tremors , but the feeling of a fine vibration internally. It can be felt all over the body. It gets worse and strong when tired, exhausted and stressed. After a day with many activities, I do get exhausted.
The neurologist told me this was due to small fiber neuropathy.

I have Ulnar nerve neuropathy. At times there is tingling up and down the arm like electric shock.
At times the whole arm gets sore, and nothing can touch the skin. I have to sit with the arm
almost straight out.
