Well, the KT tape arrived and I'm experimenting. My right wrist is arthritic and not terrible but know something is not perfect...so I've taped it and so far feel a stability.

Then watching the videos, taped the IT Band area that was also damaged with the hip replacement.....the top of thigh adjacent to incision area.

Then worked on my knee with some taping.

I've been talking to a chiro office but haven't gone yet as I've just been muddling along with what I do, turns out the chiro does taping. So I'll most likely go to her soon for laser therapy and taping as well.
