I left multiple messages with contact numbers and addresses with no
response.
The results from the Phase 1 single ascending dose study in 40 healthy demonstrated mean reductions of free serum alpha-synuclein of up to 96%. The results were highly statistically significant (p<0.00001). No serious adverse events or hypersensitivity reactions were reported (it was safe). The highest dose administered was 30 mg/kg. The Phase 1 multiple ascending dose trial in PD patients is still ongoing but no longer recruiting. The early results also appear to be good. Please keep in mind that this is not designed as an efficacy study, although this will be looked as a secondary measured outcome. We're hoping that a Phase 2 trial will be announced for the end of this year.

Lana may be able to offer more insight as she was at the Prothena poster presentation last week in San Diego.
