Hi J - but are the forms like the ones you first got when you applied because my lawyer did all my paper work, their was sooooooooooooooo many forms and such he had to get from my dr's, etc.

What do people normally do? Fill them out themselves? Bring them to their p-doc's? This also makes me nervous.

I must be a 3 or 7 yr person, since I haven't rec'd one yet, and I have been on it since Oct of 2004. so it's almost 3 yrs.
