Galaxy,

I am at 14.5 months now and my sleep twitches started about 7 months.

Sleep continues to be a real issue for me...last night I slept through the night while Friday night I was asleep around 9:30 and woke at 10 for the night. I believe much of it is anxiety related although like Friday I thought I had it under control and anticipated a decent sleep. I will have to say that I had a couple of employees call in sick which left me needing to be in three places at once with 40 miles in between.

It seems to me that when I am asleep I am not able to consciously control the anxious thoughts and they start to run wild while asleep and is usually why I wake.

I was talking with a competitor of mine the other day who had a cropduster wreck a dozen or so years ago that resulted in a bad head injury, it was my first chance to talk about it as a fellow head injury victim. He saw some of the worst of Viet Nam ground battles and was wounded there....told me the recovery from the head was the worst thing he has ever faced and never wanted to see it again.

This isn't for the faint of heart is it!
