There is so much to learn and new info coming out all the time...most docs just can't keep up even if they want to. A very "famous" integrative MD here in my town lectured at our library on K2 probably 5 yrs ago...he knows so much and he's burned out so now retiring..he will be missed by MANY. I saw him early on my integrative path....there are many other IM's here but he was like a leader.
