Hair loss on the legs is common with neuropathy according to what my neuro told me. However, there is nothing that can be done unless you are able to reverse the neuropathy.
I have NO hair on my upper legs at all now (for years) and only some hair on the shins and at the ankle of my lower legs. The backs, sides and top of lower legs doesn't have much, if any, hair.
