I have RSD/CRPS and like frankincense oil. it comes from the same thing as boswellia,. I believe its anti-inflammatory. they make neuropathy oil that has it.
worth lookin into. I hope you feel better. I have a lotta neck pain too and know it sucks. getting the muscles warm and gently stretching can be good at times (then maybe the oil after!).
