Shows we only cover 10% of the English population and about 8% of the UK as a whole with naturally or artificially fluoridated water supplies. 50% of 8 year olds have dental decay. Fluoridation in the US is much higher.

I know it is only one part of the puzzle, but as your Chat Show Hosts, Comedians and Comedy shows are always ribbing the English about bad teeth, maybe there is something in the way you do it.
