And a flawed scientific method, IMO. Anyone who has used cheaper teabags knows that infusions of 2 minutes would produce a very strong cup, and 30 minutes would be undrinkable tar.

Thankfully, for taste alone I buy quality tea - cheap tea is a false economy when you do not enjoy it - and consume nowhere near the levels quoted on a daily basis.
