Or photos of injuries or skin conditions?

I could see a single photo photo to put on your file/records, just for identification reasons..

If there is injuries or some problem that could documented by a few photos , that seems reasonable..

I guess I would ask them, to clarify for yourself , is this a new office wide thing? or only you?
