Thank you so much for the quick reply! The only thing I take for sleep is Amitriptyline. It's just weird because I would sleepwalk all the time when I was a kid. Until recently the only odd thing I would do is talk in my sleep. There have been no changes in my daily routine either.

It is very frustrating because sleep is an issue for me, like all of you, and to add this on top of everything just makes me want to scream. But I will keep going day by day or hour by hour.
