Yeah, I get a sore throat every so often, with no obvious reason for it. Last week I thought I was coming down with a cold, but then it just disappeared after only a day. I've mentioned it to a couple of doctors, but they didn't seem to know what to think of it. Fibromyalgia sure is a strange puppy, ain't it?
