I don't see a different between a setback and an interruption of recovery.

None of those things amount to a new injury or even re-injury. You are grossly overthinking this. You really need to resolve your anxiety issues. They are slowing you down.

1. a very bad sleep over weeks(3-4h max),
Anxiety messes up sleep. Lack of sleep causes symptoms to persist.
What are you doing to help with sleep ?

2. Inflammation,
Where, From what ?

3. Excessive thinking that causes pain and you cannot really stop,
? Are you saying you can't stop thinking and end up in pain ?

4. A very stressfull event,
Can cause a relapse of symptoms for a day or so.

5. Very high blood pressure for very short time,
Make you feel lousy for a while but that is it.

6. High bp over longer time, No, But, Worry about high BP will cause prolonged symptoms.

7. a lot of quick head movements in short time
Are these head twitches ? If so, NO.
If you are violently shaking your head for an extended period of time, stop doing that.
