'heat' problem
I have developed a very debilitating condition.
The back of my neck always feels very hot and 'burning' - it is as if hair dryer or fan heater is being held against the back of my neck!
I don't have this at night but it starts almost as soon as I get up and then lasts all day.
On most days, this hot/burning feeling then spreads upwards to my face and also downwards to by chest and back. I then feel completely 'zonked' out (finding it difficult to work and concentrate) and can only get some limited relief if I go outdoors (but not on a hot day!) or work near an open window or in an air-conditioned environment.
I have had tests and one of these suggested that I may have small fibre neuropathy. I am waiting to see a SFN specialist.
From my 'Google' reading it seems possible that I may have 'non-length dependent small fibre neuropathy/ganglionopothy' - but I may be barking up the wrong tree!
Has anyone with similar symptoms to mine had this diagnosed?
