I was reading the Ashton Manual after finding a couple of posts in the Vitamins Forum. For some reason she doesn't seem to think that taking supplements is a good idea generally.

I was surprised but then again I have no personal experience with benzodiazepine withdrawal. I certainly wouldn't do it cold turkey!
