Hi Truthman, welcome to NT
I haven't taken an anti-depressant in many years now, I really don't like what they do to me. But when I was taking them, Paxil was my favorite. This was before all the hype about it causing suicidal tendencies and all that. I used to take it for 3-6 months, get to feeling better, and go off it for quite a while... sometimes as long as 2-3 years. I never went and talked to the dr.s about it, I just quit taking them. I never had a single reaction to going off them, and I did it probably 7-8 times between the ages of 16 and 32.
But I am confused over where to find the info in your blog about neurological issues due to Paxil. Your link takes us to a main page that goes on endlessly. Is it somewhere in that long line of posts listed on the right? I can't find it. If there is any way you can make the link you post here take us directly to the Neuro post, that would be very helpful.
I am quite curious about the subject, I hope you can fix this. If Paxil in any way contributed to what I am going through now, I'd really like to know. I don't exactly know WHY I care, lol, but I do!
