Thanks Everyone for the feedback

It seems to be a common thread for most people that it just is something that you will have to manage from here on out, some people seem to have a complete handle on it, I am not afraid to do that just was wondering, I had very good mental health in my own opinion prior to the head injuries although as I got more I got more anxious for sure but nothing like what this one did.

I appreciate all your responses and I think I need to get back to focusing on vitamins as well as my ssri I was lucky enough that this time it seems to be helping, the side effects suck but the alternative is not great either. Talking about it with people that get it goes a long way, I see a psych and he is great but sometimes it is nice to hear from your "peers"

I struggle mostly with not having my athletic life and my normal job but life is good in general and I will continue to work at it. One thing I can say for sure is that there is a ton of helpful people on here and I am grateful to have found this forum. Thanks again everyone!

and to those reading this stuff and not writing I implore you to post your problems you will be shocked by the wealth of knowledge people here have.
