Your routine pretty matches mine. How are your sleep habits?
I am not sleeping enough hours at night. Nighttime sinemet & comtan helped, and if I wake up middle of the night one 25/100 Sinemet to help release muscles (dystonia) helps.

Exercise does help me. Today is first 100F day, with humidity heat index at 110. Not sure how long I'll ride the bike this afternoon.
