I was a longtime Paxil user. It was the only SSRI I could tolerate. I could write a short book on the horrors of getting off it...for me, but suffice it to say, it ultimately took me months of liquid Paxil titrating to get off it.

If it caused neurological damage, I do not know. My brain goes every which way normally, so it's hard to tell! I am now on Cymbalta and could write a bit about that but don't have the time right now. I don't think it's doing the job that Paxil did, but it sure is nice to see the Paxil Pounds finally, slowly coming off.
