"50 mg B complex" is a vague identifier. There is B-50 Complex and generic B Complex and Super B Complex. Those are usually a minimal B complex. You need to add B-12, 1000 mcgs or more.

Most PT's do not know how to mobilize C-1 and C-2. They do range of motion exercises but that can aggravate those areas.

As RRC says, you need to keep looking for that practitioner that understands your injury and your body.

I doubt there is anything you can do for yourself without the help of an upper cervical specialist who can help you with C-1 and C-2. But, you do not want to consider a chiro.

Self-accupressure just treats the symptom, not the cause.
