I just wanted to say good luck with your MRI. Neck problems can cause headache and facial pain. I just had a long discussion about this with my doctor and I've spent most of the day learning more online.

Physical therapy helped me a lot. I hope you will consider it. They don't focus on a quick fix (like getting "aligned" by the chiropractor). They will teach you exercises that you can continue at home and can also work with you to help you find the best pillow and sleeping position.
