Do you use acid blocking drugs like Prilosec (proton pump inhibitor) and Zantac (H2 antagonist)? These drugs lower acid in the stomach which is important for absorption of zinc and other minerals. (and also B12 and folate).
Ok so I'm sure they didn't check zinc levels. I have never used Prilosec or Zantac.
