Now it is understandable as to why you are stuck in your recovery. Pushing through is counter to finishing your recovery. Every time to find a need to push through, that is a sign you need to do just the opposite. A short break or a change of task can make a big difference.
I used to be that Type A pusher. It made for quite a roller coaster ride. problem was, others around me were being dragged onto the ride against their will.
I hope you can find ways to slow down and find a cadence in your day that does not require the pushing.
