There has been a lot of research into brain training like Lumosity. It's value to PCS subjects is questionable. It has been shown to increase skills for the tasks practiced. The broader value suggested in the TV ads are a stretch. Many therapists try to use it to rebuild skills. Its true value is in developing underdeveloped skills. A direct question to Lumosity about whether it can rehab after a brain injury and the response will be No.
You ask about it in context with your NeuroPsych Assessment. Do you see a connection ?
Why are you apprehensive of the NPA ?
Is your NPA to determine if you can return to work ?
