You might to do some research on cranial sacral therapy, which is non-invasive, and find a good physical therapist or osteopath for this. It has relieved my intracranial pressure tremendously and is a very relaxing treatment. You can also use your thumbs on a few acupressure points that help relieve the pressure. I do this to myself and find some temporary decrease in pressure.
I have a friend who suffered from intracranial pressure for 9 months and finally took a quick week's dose of steroids and she was free from head pressure and has not returned. I don't know much about the use of those but seemed to work for her.
Also, you can YouTube cannoli roll yoga video. An osteopath in NY told me to try this.
If you find the video, it's really a yoga move laying on your spine by a girl who wearing the craziest outfit but she does demonstrate the correct technique. I find relief from this as well.
