Unless others say you slur your words, I doubt you do. When people with head injuries slur their words, they usually are not aware they are doing it. The slurring is because the brain is working in slow motion.

Stuttering or pausing as one speaks is more common. It is often combined with word finding struggles.

Many of us have a difficulty putting our head lower than our hearts. This is often a brain blood flow regulation issue. The vascular regulation system often takes a long time to fully recover.
