Default Cervical Spine issues translated??

I understand can't get diagnosis here but anyone have any idea what these MRI results mean or what might have to happen to me??

Multilevel disc degeneration and osteophyte formation in the cervical spine.

Focal narrowing of the cervical spinal canal with thecal indentation and evidence of bilateral neural foraminal compromise particularly the left c5/C6 c6/c7 foramina with strong suggestion on indentation upon the nerve roots in the lateral recess and neural foramen
