It was my main dentist, my teeth were impacted and broken when pulled so they expected a slower healing process I assume. They said I was starting to get gum disease so they gave me mouthwash. Pretty much if there is any amount of extended pressure in my mouth it feels like something inside the extraction site is moving. As far as I can tell it doesn't occur when sleeping, only when I chew with my mouth closed, or do things like trying to blow air or create suction. No cheek grafts far as I know (don't recall hearing anything about it at least). I asked multiple times why I was feeling a pull but she assured me that I just irritated the site due to me exerting too much pressure in my mouth. They took xrays and poked and prodded but didn't seem like it was any cause for major concern. I feel it was cause of the sinus perforation but Im no dentist I can try to post a picture when able.
