My concussion at 10 years old was quite severe. It changed me permanently. I have had 13 concussions since with some causing a bit more permanent dysfunctions. Others were just temporarily symptomatic. Usually, the permanent dysfunctions were very subtle. I would only notice them during stressful times.

It is very common for stress and anxiety to cause a relapse of PCS symptoms.
