The doctor has me on magnesium (pidolate) and it seems I dont absorb it (blood test showed exact same amount of magnesium before and after taking it daily for 2 months), i will go find some citrate or glycinate and give that a go .
I am going to trial T3 in the end of September, hopeful about that!
I'll let you know if the magnesium helps!
