I check my acidity every day and hover between 5.0 and 6.0 which is very acidic, despite all the alkaline foods I eat.
It's worth achieving as its proven acid environment in the body creates inflammation. In every way, I'm the perfect patient and I'm sick of my tests being perfect while I get worse by the day.
